Called in and the Manager offered to look at my vehicle free of charge and proceeded to tell me exactly what I already knew... they immediately took my vehicle in and had it completely fixed that same day... also gave me a nationwide warranty and was very nice and personable towards me... made me feel right at home like family... Monday at 8 I called and talked to John, he advised he would let me know something after lunch, around 11 Monday Chris called and said yes it was a transmission failure and that he needed to pull it and see what the damage was. By Wednesday afternoon they had me rebuilt and back on the road. Chris even called Thursday morning to make sure I had no issues or concerns going home. Real customer service! Service: Transmission
