Had my check engine light come on while out of town and was referred to Chris at Mr. Transmission. I ended up needing to have the entire transmission replaced! Chris made my worst nightmare such an easy process. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and did everything he could to get me back on the road safe as soon as possible. Everyone at Mr.Transmission was so nice and helpful. They worked with me every step of the way and went out of their way to make sure I understood what all they were doing. Chris gave us updates on my car everyday. John was so wonderful even when I was asking annoying questions that only someone inexperienced with cars would ask. I cannot overstate how amazing Chris and his team were. Truly outstanding group of mechanics and people.

Noticed my car started making a whirring noise in neutral. Took it to Firestone and they recommended Mr. Transmission, and gave me a card. Cris, the manager, and team, came up with a diagnosis that it was just the water pump. Replaced in half a day at reasonable price. :)

I only have good things to say about this company.....even though it turned out to be not my transmission they where quick to let me know . Then they guide me in what I needed to do,where I needed to take my car too to have the issues taken care of !!!! Thank you so much Chris !!!

If you ever have issues with your transmission Chris and John are great at Mr. Transmission. After our slow extended warranty company approved the repairs they installed transmission in 2 days now our 2014 Nissan Maxima run like a new car. Forever greatful, Louise and Mike
