My daughter's car was in need of repair. I work out of town and was unable to conduct much more than internet research to find a suitable mechanic. I ended up speaking with John at Mr. Transmission. He was very polite, accomodating and informative. I felt I could trust him to treat my daughter in a similar manner. They conducted a thorough undercar investigation and drive test. They quickly reported their findings and suggested further examination. This would involve pulling the transmission and opening it up for a fee. The fee would be absorbed into the cost of any repairs done by them. They quickly located the problem and quoted a price. The cost seemed high at first so I did some more research. I verified that the problem was common with her particular vehicle model. I also compared the cost of the work against the national average and three competing transmission specialists. Mr. Transmission's cost was actually BELOW all sources "and" it included a competitive nationwide warranty. I authorized the work to be completed. The work was done quickly at the quoted price and the car drives wonderful!! On a sidenote, my daughter noticed a rubbing sound when she stopped. They had her bring it in. They found dust on the brake pads, cleaned them and it fixed the problem. AT NO COST. She then started losing coolant. Again . . . they had her bring it in. They spent a couple of hours on it and 3 gallons of antifreeze. Once again . . . NO COST. Although I don't believe those issues were at all related to the repairs, they made certain that their work was precise, complete and had no ill affect on any other elements of the vehicle. John and the staff at Mr. Transmission went above and beyond for my daughter and I. The car is running GREAT!! I would HIGHLY recommend them. You can certainly trust them with your vehicle.

I've taken 3 of my vehicles to them for transmission fluid changes, or checks and they've been top notch each time. They perform a diagnostic along with the service. Somehow, I developed a small drip with my truck and they fit me right in to fix my issue. They're very accommodating with time and do a very good job. If I have transmission needs, I go to them.

Had issues with transmission a few months ago and had to have my transmission rebuilt. They towed it for free to their facility, repaired it within a few days and I haven’t had any problems since. I took it back today just to make sure everything is good and they got me in and out and everything is great with the repair. They do great work and have a friendly staff. I highly recommend them!!!
